Cheesy Garlic Sticks

Cheesy Garlic Sticks


Ingredients

1 premade pizza dough from a pizzeria
olive oil for brushing dough
1 ball of mozzarella (not the kind in water, the kind that is vacuum sealed), you will use about half of a ball, depending on the size of it
1 tablespoon minced garlic, with flavored oil
Italian spices

Directions

Prepare the crust: Transfer to a baking pizza pan. Brush dough lightly all over with olive oil.

Cut or pull apart the cheese with your fingers and spread all over the dough.

Drizzle the pizza with a little of the garlic flavored oil from the minced garlic, and sprinkle with minced garlic over the entire pizza. Add just a bit of Italian spices to the top, and bake.

For my dough, they instruct you to bake at 425 for 12-18 minutes.

Sweetie Pie’s Macaroni & Cheese

Serves 12 to 24

Ingredients 

1 pound elbow macaroni
1 cup whole milk
2 12-ounce cans evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup butter, cut into small pieces
½ pound Colby cheese, grated
½ pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated
½ pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks
½ cup sour cream
Salt, to taste
1 TB white pepper
1 TB sugar
1 cup grated mild Cheddar cheese for the topping

Directions

Heat oven to 350° F. Prepare a deep sided 9×13 pan by coating with cooking spray. Set aside.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt, and cook elbow macaroni according to package directions until tender. Drain and transfer the macaroni noodles to the baking pan.
While the macaroni is cooking, combine the milks and eggs in a large bowl. Whisk until thoroughly combined. Add the butter, cheeses, sour cream, salt, pepper, and sugar and stir to combine. Pour over the macaroni and stir to combine. Top with the grated mild Cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until the top is lightly golden brown.

Ingredients of Cheesy Amish Breakfast Casserole

1 pound sliced bacon, diced
1 sweet onion, chopped
4 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
9 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups small curd cottage cheese
1 1/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Directions of Cheesy Amish Breakfast Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook and stir bacon and onion until bacon is evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain. Transfer bacon and onion to a large bowl. Stir in potatoes, eggs, Cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, and Swiss cheese. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven until eggs are set and cheese is melted, 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

Ingredients of Chili Cheese Dog Enchiladas

8 soft taco-size flour tortillas
8 hot dogs
2 (15 oz. each) canned chili with beans
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions of Chili Cheese Dog Enchiladas

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Spread one can of chili on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking pan.

Roll one hot dog into each tortilla. Place them seam-side down, in the baking pan. Spread the other can of chili over the top. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Remove and sprinkle green onions over top, prior to serving.
